These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 3OT.live (“3OT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using 3OT, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 3OT

3OT is a basketball community website with social features, topics, posts, comments, chat rooms, player tools, games, leaderboards, favourites, tipping, and related features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and anything that happens through it. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse, suspend, or remove usernames, display names, profiles, or accounts that breach these Terms or create confusion, impersonation, abuse, or legal risk.

3. Community rules

3OT is a basketball-focused community. You agree not to post, upload, message, or share content that:

  • is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory;
  • contains explicit sexual content, nudity, gore, or graphic violence;
  • targets, exploits, or endangers minors;
  • spams, scams, manipulates votes, or misleads users;

  • violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the service;
  • is unrelated mass promotion, advertising, or solicitation without permission.

4. User content

You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant 3OT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, resize, modify for formatting, promote, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate and promote 3OT.

You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content at our discretion.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may moderate content and accounts to protect the community. We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, delete content, limit features, remove leaderboard entries, or take other action if we believe these Terms or community rules have been breached.

6. Games, rankings, credits, tips, and leaderboards

3OT may include games, leaderboards, credits, tips, badges, rankings, and other interactive features. These features are for entertainment and community engagement. We may adjust, reset, remove, or correct entries where needed for bugs, abuse, cheating, data errors, or fairness.

7. Payments and credits

If 3OT offers paid credits, tips, subscriptions, or purchases, payment terms will be shown at checkout. Digital purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law. We may use third-party payment providers to process payments.

8. Intellectual property

3OT, its branding, design, code, features, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit 3OT without permission, except as allowed by law.

3OT may contain links, embeds, statistics, references, or content from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.
